I release the Shorefront YM-YWHA and UJA-Federation, its officers, directors, agents, employees, independent contractors, licensees and assignees from all claims that I now have or may have in the future, in relation to the above. I agree that the Shorefront YM-YWHA and UJA-Federation will be the sole owners of all tangible rights to the above mentioned photographs and recordings, with full power of disposition. *** Photos may be used on the Shorefront Y website, in social media and in print advertisements.
I understand that participation in educational and recreational programs for seniors, trips, and events may involve physical activities and social interactions that carry some inherent risks.I am responsible for assessing my own health, physical condition, and limitations. I understand that Shorefront YM-YWHA, its staff, and volunteers are not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions that may occur.
